Schools and communities worldwide unite together against bullying during National Bullying Prevention Month in October.

October is a time when educators, students, parents, and community members can unite to share that they are together against bullying and united for kindness, acceptance, and inclusion. Together, we can make our schools and communities safer.”

There are many ways schools and community members can participate in National Bullying Prevention Month. The Belle Fourche School District had a special event on October 21, 2015 at South Park Elementary School to show that we are "United Against Bullying" and are doing all we can to make our schools safer for everyone.

At 1:00 PM approximately 550 Kindergarten thru 4th grade students, all in orange t-shirts, joined together to form a 250 foot long human banner in the bus loading area. An airplane flew over to get aerial photos.

Please check out the images and links below for more information on the event.  Click any of the images to enlarge!

We would like to extend a special Thank You to all of our sponsors, photographers, pilot, school administration, office staff, and teachers!  Thank you for your donations and efforts!
